- The driver of the tow vehicle must hold a current drivers license and produce it on pick up of Camper trailer.
- The tow vehicle must have current registration.
- The driver of the tow vehicle must be 21 years old or over.
- The driver of the tow vehicle must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- No smoking in camper trailer.
- Any speeding fines are to be paid by driver of vehicle.
- It is the responsibility of the driver not to use the camper trailer to transport illegal of explosive substances.
- Hire of camper trailer is for the hirer only and cannot be leased or hired out to a third party.
- The hirer of the camper trailer is responsible for the camper trailer and equipment at all times.
- All equipment belongs to Camping Around and must stay with the camper trailer. Any damage to equipment will be charged to the hirer.
- The camper trailer must be clean and in the same condition it was hired out in.
- Security deposit of $500.00 is to be held by credit card on pick up of camper trailer. Security deposit will be reimbursed upon inspection of camper trailer and equipment if any damage or equipment missing you will be reimbursed less the replacement of equipment.
- Any damage or lost equipment must be reported to Camping Around on phone no 0411553237 before any repair or replacement can be authorized.
- Any replacement or repair of trailer tyres must be reported to Camping Around on phone no. 0411553237 for approved type of tyre and or if it is the hirers responsibility.
- Hire extension arrangements must be made prior to return date. Extension of hire will be charged at $60.00 per night unless other arrangement has been approved.
- Extensions of time will be on availability of camper trailer.
- Any late returns that have not arranged for extensions will be charged at $100.00 per day late.
- A $300.00 excess is payable by the hirer in the event of an, at fault accident or negligent activity that results in an insurance claim on the camper trailer.
- The hirer is to supply their own linen and towels etc.
- Payment of booking must paid in full 7 days before receiving camper. If payment is not made the booking will be cancelled with no refund on deposit.
- Deposit of $50.00 is required on booking the camper trailer and is only refundable if booking is cancelled 10 days prior to booking.
